About · Contigo Consulting

Interim responsibility for IT service management.

Contigo Consulting is an IT service management consultancy based in Friedrichsdorf, founded in 2019. We build structures that survive daily operations, and check beforehand how much of the existing structure actually holds.

Contact

Your first point of contact is Carsten Streit.

Whoever comes to us with an IT concern talks to him first. He assesses the situation, represents Contigo in the market and can be reached directly, with no agency in between.

Where the work happens is decided by the engagement. On site for a week or for longer, in Munich as readily as in Hamburg, and with a move where an engagement calls for it. We change how people work, and that is settled in the room next door rather than on a video call.

Voices from outside

How others describe working with him.

"He brings structure without making things more complicated than they need to be."

From the recommendation

"We worked together over a longer period on a demanding IT transformation project, with everything that comes with it: technical complexity, organisational friction, and the constant balancing act between strategic direction and operational pressure.

"Carsten navigated that like someone who knows exactly where he stands. […] He brings structure without making things more complicated than they need to be. And he builds bridges between technology and business in a way that is not a given."

"I became acquainted with Mr Streit during his project assignment through [the recruitment agency], as part of the migration of the sales division’s IT infrastructure [between several locations].

"He supported the IT staff of [the life insurance company] with all tasks arising during an extensive migration of the IT and telephone infrastructure. These included software, hardware and user issues, and administering Active Directory for newly created users and their hardware.

"My staff and I greatly value Mr Streit’s technical expertise. From the outset, it enabled him to carry out his tasks with a very high degree of personal responsibility.

"Mr Streit has excellent knowledge of supporting and maintaining operating systems, network administration and application software.

"Mr Streit keeps an overview and his decisiveness even in difficult situations. He performed his tasks with the greatest care and attention. Mr Streit shows very strong personal commitment and grasps new matters very quickly.

"When problems arise, he responds promptly to enquiries. He advises my staff and me competently, quickly identifies the problem when asked, and offers flexible solutions. He always explains his proposed solutions clearly. Difficulties can therefore be resolved quickly and completely, to the considerable satisfaction of everyone involved.

"His strong service orientation made him a popular and frequently consulted contact for my staff and me.

"Mr Streit’s assignment ends with the successful completion of the IT migration project. I would gladly engage him again for similar projects if needed.

"In recognition of his excellent work, I am pleased to provide the recommendation letter Mr Streit requested. I am always willing to answer questions about him. My contact details can be found on the letterhead."
